Connie serves as Vice President, Innovation and Charity Experience for the National Christian Foundation (NCF).

Since joining NCF in 2000, she has worked alongside generous givers, ministries, and advisors to advance charitable giving. Her work focuses on helping nonprofits strengthen donor relationships, uncover new giving opportunities, and grow their fundraising impact. As host of NCF’s Inside Major Gifts webinar series, Connie brings practical insights to ministry and development leaders seeking to build stronger major gift programs. She is also the author of What If God’s Got This: 6 Key Pillars for Sustainable Ministry. Connie is passionate about equipping charities to engage donors more effectively and connect generosity with lasting ministry impact.
